"Muscle-ups" on our pull-up bar. They squatted under the bar, jumped up and locked their arms out over the bar. Not sure how that all translates to Squat Muscle-Ups. I assisted both girls quite a bit.

i havent been doing crossfit lately because its baseball season im the pitcher of my team and i dont want to wear my arm out but i will be doing it during football season and im not playing football and during the winter but i am wrestling
