Big Dawgs:
4 Rounds
Run 200 M
20 Push ups
Chest and thighs touch the ground on every rep.
Pack:
4 Rounds
Run 200 M
10 Push ups
Puppies:
3 Rounds
Run 200 M
10 Box Push ups
Everyone:
When you have completed the workout spend 5 minutes practicing L-sits or L-sit progressions.




Treadmills full so went to the weightroom to work on technique and lifts instead of WOD:
Burgener warmup, practice push presses
Patrick: Max. Deadlift 120lbs (BW)
Sean: leg press 310lbs.
